On January 16, 2012, Mr Gerhard  Wöhrl, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Adler Modemärkte AG, Haibach, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on January 11, 2012 and on that day amounted
to 3.100% (this corresponds to 573811 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.100%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 573811 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wöhrl.
