Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Kabel Deutschland Holding AG, Unterföhring,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January
11, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.05% (this corresponds to 4547154
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.05% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4547154 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
