Dubeni, 2012-01-25 14:56 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of JSC „Grobina”, according to financial instruments, Market law, article 59 part (1) and part (2), point 3th and 4th, informs about following court proceedings and the results:
On 17th of January, 2012, occurred the demands hearing, submitted by minority shareholders Janis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Naglins against the board members of JSC “Grobina” G. Isajeva, A. Vitolins, D. Kalnina about the recovery of losses 100 000 LVL in joint liability, due to the board member position on year 2008 and 2009, concluding the year 2009 with losses 978 502 LVL, and it is decided to invite as a third party shareholder Janis Meijubers and the court hearing is postponed to 29th of August, 2012.
