Niklas Flyborg new president and CEO at Cybercom

The board of Cybercom Group has appointed Niklas Flyborg as the new president
and CEO. He will take up his position on March 1.

“Niklas Flyborg is a senior manager with extensive experience of the consulting
business, in Sweden and internationally, through both growth phases and times of
restructuring. We regard his strong leadership and ability to communicate as
major assets in the developments that we have initiated at Cybercom,” says Jon
Risfelt, board chairman.

Niklas Flyborg started on his career path at Cap Gemini in 1987. From 1994 he
held leading positions in Swedish and international IT consulting operations,
then as president and CEO of Mandator, Cell Network and of Observer/Cision.
Since 2008 he has worked as an advisor to market-listed companies and private
equity companies. Niklas Flyborg has also been involved in the launch of several
enterprises and is on the board of, among others, TC Connect AB and Cloud Nine
AB. Niklas was born in 1962 and has a degree in economics and business
administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

“I am delighted to have the privilege of leading Cybercom. This is a company
that I have followed for many years as a colleague in the industry. I have a
great deal of respect for the technological and industry expertise that I know
exists within the company. Cybercom has strategic expertise that is well matched
to both present and future client needs. I am looking forward to advancing the
development of Cybercom together with my colleagues at the company,” says Niklas
Flyborg.

The acting president and CEO is Petteri Puhakka, who will continue in this role
until Niklas Flyborg takes up his position. Petteri Puhakka will then return to
his role as president of Cybercom Finland.

“The board is highly satisfied with Petteri Puhakka’s efforts for the company
during the autumn and winter, and with the important transition work that he
initiated together with others from the company’s management team. We have great
confidence in the company’s future,” says Jon Risfelt.
