We, Citadel Europe LLP, London, United Kingdom, would like to make the
following notifications regarding the holding of voting rights held in
Phoenix Solar AG, HirschberstraÃe 8, D-85254 Sulzemoos, Germany, according
to sections 21, 22 WpHG in the name of the following entities:
1. Citadel Europe LLP
Citadel Europe LLP, London, United Kingdom, exceeded the 3% threshold of
section 21 para. 1 WpHG on 11 January 2012 and at that time held 3.62%,
corresponding to 266,721 voting rights of a total number of 7,372,700
voting rights in Phoenix Solar AG.
Citadel Europe LLP was attributed all of these voting rights, i.e. 3.62%,
corresponding to 266,721 voting rights In Phoenix Solar AG pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. Of these 3.62%, 3.42%
corresponding to 252,265 voting rights in Phoenix Solar AG were directly
held by Citadel Global Equities Fund S.a.r.l.
2. Citadel Investment Group (Europe) Limited
Citadel lnvestment Group (Europe) Limited, London, United Kingdom, exceeded
the 3% threshold of section 21 para. 1 WpHG on 11 January 2012 and at that
time held 3.62%, corresponding to 266,721 voting rights oh total number of
7,372,700 voting rights in Phoenix Solar AG.
Citadel lnvestment Group (Europe) Limited was attributed all of these
voting rights, i.e. 3.62%, corresponding to 266,721 voting rights in
Phoenix Solar AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with section 22 para. 1.sentence 2 WpHG. Of these 3.62%, 3.42%
corresponding to 252,265 voting rights in Phoenix Solar AG were directly
held by Citadel Global Equities Fund S.a.r.l.
3. Citadel LLC
Citadel LLC, Chicago, USA, exceeded the 3% threshold of section 21 para. 1
WpHG on 11 January 2012 and at that time held 3.62%, corresponding to
266,721 voting rights of a total number of 7,372,700 voting rights in
Phoenix Solar AG.
Citadel LLC was attributed all of these voting rights, i.e. 3.62%,
corresponding to 266,721 voting rights in Phoenix Solar AG pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22
para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG. Of these 3.62%, 3.42% corresponding to 252,265
voting rights in Phoenix Solar AG were directly held by Citadel Global
Equities Fund S.a.r.l.
