Monte Grighine substation sold to Terna
Greentech Energy Systems A/S has signed the final agreement regarding the sale of the Monte Grighine substation to Terna (the Italian grid company) at a price of EUR 3.59M.
The Monte Grighine substation is a very important element of the national grid in Sardinia. The sale will provide Greentech with additional cash flow and at the same time all outstanding legal procedures with the Region of Sardinia have been concluded. Additionally, following the sale of the substation to Terna, the Parent Company Guarantee provided by Greentech towards Terna of EUR 3.65M has elapsed.
