On January 31, 2012, Arctospark (Pty) Ltd, Pretoria, South Africa has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Prime Office REIT-AG, München, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 25, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 5.28% (this corresponds to 2744601 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.28% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2744601 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Karoo Investment Fund S.C.A. SICAV-SIF.
