Additionally Hipotēku banka informs the owners of mortgage bonds, that due to the request to withhold income tax from individual persons, the owners of mortgage bonds of the series AL/ LV0000800142, AM/ LV0000800159 and CA/ LV0000800340, registered by February 15, 2012, pursuant to the Law on Resident Income Tax, shall be paid the interest and principal amount after withholding of the tax within the deadlines stipulated by the Latvian Central Depositary's Regulations No 8 On Payment of Dividends, Coupons, Principal and Other Cash Proceeds.
