CHARLESTON, S.C., Feb. 3, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutions Medical Corporation ("Revolutions Medical" or the "Company") (OTCQB:RMCP) is pleased to announce the launch of its new media advertising relationship which will allow the company to spotlight the RevVac safety syringe over a multi-faceted media platform with access into 9 million households via cable television. The company will be running approximately three one-minute "spotlights" every two days. The "spotlights" will be scheduled in order to cover one primetime morning slot, one primetime afternoon slot, and one late night slot.

This media platform should be extremely helpful with creating additional exposure for the RevVac safety syringe as well as educating the public by providing a visual experience of construction and operation of the RevVac Safety Syringe. Full broadcast details will be posted on the Company's website when finalized.

Ron Wheet, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Revolutions Medical stated, "As we begin to market our RevVac safety syringe through a variety of media platforms including direct marketing, advertising in magazines and newsletters, having access to 9 million households and showing in real time the operation of our RevVac safety syringe and its features through cable television is a major step forward. Healthcare professionals and concerned patients will see firsthand how effectively our RevVac safety syringe operates and will see the benefits of reducing accidental needle stick injuries and reducing the spread of infectious diseases through contaminated needles."

The media advertising will be overseen by Acorn Management Partners who is a full service investor relations and consulting firm. "We believe this is another opportunity to expand our investor relations and consulting efforts into another networking platform and bring a value added service to Revolutions Medical. We are extremely excited about Revolutions Medical and the products that they have to offer to the healthcare industry," stated Gregory Lowe, President of Acorn Management Partners.
