On February 07, 2012, the Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway has informed us
in the name and on behalf of the State of Norway according to sec. 21 para.
1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker AG, Kirkel,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on February 02, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 1.47% (this corresponds to 852703 Voting Rights).
According to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.47% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 852703 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the State of Norway.
