Lilian Fossum Biner proposed as new Board member

Nobia's Nomination Committee has informed the company about its proposals to the
Board of Directors.

Biner formerly held positions at AB Electrolux and Axel Johnson AB. Her
extensive experience includes among other areas financial controlling, strategic
pricing and multiple brand strategy. She is a Board member of Oriflame, Retail &
Brands, Thule and Swiss Givaudan.
The Nomiation Committee also proposes reelection of the present Board members
Johan Molin, who is also proposed as Chairman of the Board, Nora Førisdal
Larssen, Bodil Eriksson, Thore Ohlsson, Fredrik Palmstierna, Rolf Eriksen and
Morten Falkenberg.
The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice of
the Annual General Meeting, which will be published on 12 March.
