On February 16, 2012, UniCredit S.p.A., Rom, Italien has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Sky Deutschland AG, Unterföhring, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 13, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 9.09% (this corresponds to 70821096 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.09% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 70821096 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from UniCredit Bank AG.
