-i- On February 15, 2012, we received further notifications that updated
the voting interest notifications of November 22, 2011, and were issued
in the name and on behalf of the below-listed persons under the terms
of Sec. 21(1) in conjunction with Sec. 22(2) and, where applicable,
22(1) WpHG, to the effect that the voting interest held by each such
person in Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl,
Germany, had crossed as of the date indicated above the thresholds of
3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%:
-1- Berning GmbH & Co. OHG, Wuppertal, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31%
(4,775,035 votes), of which a voting interest of 31.17% (4,606,555
votes) is attributable to Berning GmbH & Co. OHG pursuant to Sec. 22(2)
Clause 1 WpHG.
-2- Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH, Wuppertal, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31%
(4,775,035 votes), of which a voting interest of 31.17% (4,606,555
votes) is attributable to Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH pursuant to Sec.
22(2) Clause 1 WpHG; another 1.14% (168,480 votes) pursuant to Sec.
22(1) Clause 1 No. 1 WpHG.
-3- Etox GmbH, Wuppertal, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31% (4,775,035
votes), of which a voting interest of 31.17% (4,606,555 votes) is
attributable to Etox GmbH pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG; another
1.14% (168,480 votes) pursuant to Sec. 22(1) Clause 1 No. 1 WpHG.
-4- VVB Berning GmbH & Co. KG, Schwelm, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31%
(4,775,035 votes), of which a voting interest of 30.85% (4,560,285
votes) is attributable to VVB Berning GmbH & Co. KG pursuant to Sec.
22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-5- VVB Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH, Schwelm, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31%
(4,775,035 votes), of which a voting interest of 30.85% (4,560,285
votes) is attributable to VVB Berning Verwaltungs-GmbH pursuant to Sec.
22(2) Clause 1 WpHG; another 1.45% (214,750 votes) pursuant to Sec.
22(1) Clause 1 No. 1 WpHG.
-6- Ms. Doris Bomnüter-Vossloh, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31% (4,775,035
votes), of which a voting interest of 32.08% (4,742,035 votes) is
attributable to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-7- Ms. Anita Botzen, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.307% (4,775,035 votes),
of which a voting interest of 32.304% (4,774,535 votes) is attributable
to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-8- Mr. Johannes Kogut, Netherlands: April 27, 2007; 32.31% (4,775,035
votes), of which a voting interest of 32.28% (4,770,930 votes) is
attributable to him pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-9- Ms. Sandra Luhrenberg, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31% (4,775,035
votes), of which a voting interest of 32.28% (4,770,930 votes) is
attributable to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-10- Ms. Rebekka Christine Piekenbrock, Germany: April 11, 2003; 33.731%
(4,866,840 votes), of which a voting interest of 33.729% (4,866,620
votes) is attributable to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-11- Mr. Thaddäus Curt Piekenbrock, Germany: April 11, 2003; 33.731%
(4,866,840 votes), of which a voting interest of 33.730% (4,866,740
votes) is attributable to him pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-12- Ms. Charlotte Marie Ulmer, Germany: April 11, 2003; 33.731% (4,866,840
votes), of which a voting interest of 33.730% (4,866,740 votes) is

-13- Ms. Julia Vossloh, Germany: April 11, 2003; 33.73% (4,866,840 votes),
of which a voting interest of 33.70% (4,862,910 votes) is attributable
to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-14- Ms. Sibylle Schümann, Germany: April 18, 2008; 31.60% (4,675,797
votes), of which a voting interest of 31.57% (4,671,692 votes) is
attributable to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-15- Mr. Lorenz Schwägler, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.3070% (4,775,035
votes), of which a voting interest of 32.3064% (4,774,935 votes) is
attributable to him pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-16- Ms. Hannelore Seibel, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31% (4,775,035
votes), of which a voting interest of 32.27% (4,769,265 votes) is
attributable to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
-17- Ms. Damaris Seidel, Germany: April 27, 2007; 32.31% (4,775,035 votes),
of which a voting interest of 32.28% (4,771,035 votes) is attributable
to her pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Clause 1 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following stockholders whose voting interest in
Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft amounted to 3% or more were attributed to the
above-listed persons:
- Ms. Anni Vossloh, Germany (up to July 14, 2004)
- Dr. Hans Vossloh, Germany
- Ms. Reinhild Vossloh, Germany
