Under the CLARISOY^™ License and Production Agreement, ADM is wholly responsible for the worldwide production, distribution and sale of CLARISOY^™.  Burcon will provide CLARISOY^™ status updates when they are available, subject to compliance with its confidentiality obligations under the CLARISOY^™ License and Production Agreement.
