American National Declares Quarterly Dividend


GALVESTON, Texas, Feb. 23, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American National Insurance Company's (Nasdaq:ANAT) board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 77 cents per share on its common stock, CUSIP #028591-105, payable March 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 2, 2012. American National Insurance Company has paid dividends to stockholders for over 100 consecutive years.
