informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Kabel Deutschland Holding AG, Unterföhring,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
February 24, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.96% (this corresponds to
4461261 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.96% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
4461261 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company. 0.11% of the
