The Company‘s unaudited pre-tax profit of the 12 months of 2011 amounts to LTL 53.3 million (EUR 15.4 million) – that is by 79 percent or LTL 23.5 million more than during the same period of the last year (LTL 29.8 million (EUR 8.6 million)); the generated net profit – LTL 45.7 million (EUR 13.2 million) (during the year 2010 – LTL 26.1 million (EUR 7.6 million)), if compared to the net profit of 2010 has increased by 75 percent or LTL 19.6 million.
The Company‘s unaudited sales income of 2011 amounted to LTL 141.3 million (EUR 40.9 million) – by 15 percent or LTL 18.3 million more than during the year 2010. The increase of the sales was influenced by conclusion of commercially beneficial Transshipment Agreements starting from the year 2010 without any intermediators and by a single sale of heavy oil products collected in the Waste Water Treatment Facilities of the Company.
During the year the Company reloaded 7.7million tones of oil products (in 2010 – 7.9 million tones).
The unaudited profit of the year 2011 before tax, interest, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to LTL 73.8 million (EUR 21.4 million) – by 24 percent more than during the same period of 2010 (LTL 59.5 million (EUR 17.2 million)).
