VCAS for IPTV is the integrated content security solution for ZTE's IPTV Eyewill platform that enables the delivery of the service. Emcali has 90,000 broadband clients and more than 450,000 telephony users in the Colombian municipalities of Cali, Jamundi, and Yumbo. Its new IPTV service will offer 90 standard definition channels plus six high definition (HD) channels, as well as video on demand (VoD) titles. With the launch of its new network, Emcali will be able to offer triple play packages.
