Following exercise of warrants in Transmode Holding AB in February 2012, the
number of shares has increased by 74, 325 and the share capital has increased by
SEK 14, 865. As per 29 February 2012, the company's share capital amounts to SEK
5, 510, 321.40 and the total number of shares amounts to 27, 551, 607 shares.
This information constitutes disclosure of an increase in the number of shares
in accordance with chapter 4 section 9 paragraph 1 of the Swedish Financial
Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen om handel med finansiella instrument).
