Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, notified us on March 1, 2012 on
behalf of the subsidiaries mentioned below pursuant to Section 21 para. 1
in connection with Section 24 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as
follows:

Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited, London, United Kingdom on May
20, 2011 fell below the threshold 5% of the voting rights of alstria office
REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, and on that day held 4.999% of the voting rights
(= 3,578,968 shares, each carrying one voting right) whereby these 4.999%
(= 3,578,968 shares, each carrying one voting right) have to be attributed
pursuant to Section 22 para 1 sent. 1 No. 6 German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG); and

2a. 
Each of the following holding entities mentioned under (ii) to (v) of
Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited:

(i) Morgan Stanley, New York, USA;
(ii) Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc, New York, USA;
(iii) Morgan Stanley International Limited, London United Kingdom;
(iv) Morgan Stanley Group (Europe), London, United Kingdom;
(v) Morgan Stanley Investments (UK), London, United Kingdom;

on May 20, 2011, also fell below the threshold 5% of the voting rights of
alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany.

2b. 
Each of the holding entities mentioned under (ii) to (v) on that day
(20.05.2011) held 4.999% of the voting rights (= 3,578,968 shares, each
carrying one voting right) of alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany,
whereby these 4.999% (= 3,578,968 shares, each carrying one voting right)
have to be attributed to each of the entities mentioned above under (ii) to
(v) pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6. sent. 2 German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG).
