EZ Card & Kiosk originally installed a number of kiosks and online payment services at the Tulare County Sheriff's Detentions Department in September 2011, handling all cash and credit/debit card payments for Booking Collections, Inmate Trust Account Money Loads and Bail Services. In addition to these county jail conveniences, the additional kiosks and expanded online payment services allows the Tulare County Government to accept and process 'other' forms of payments. For example, court imposed fines and fees to the public can be easily accessed and paid via this network of kiosks. County officials are looking at expanding the processing of a wide array of payments for other departments as well.
