us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its proportion of
voting rights of Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr,
Deutschland, has exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on February
28, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.27% (this corresponds to 1,685,596
voting rights). 3.27% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,695,596
voting rights) is to be attributed to the company according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
On March 07, 2012, Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC, Wilmington,
Delaware, USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that its proportion of voting rights of Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1,
45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Deutschland, has exceeded the 3% threshold of
the voting rights on February 28, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.27%
(this corresponds to 1,685,596 voting rights). 3.27% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 1,695,596 voting rights) is to be attributed to the
company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
