Balder inkluderas i EPRA index (European Public Real Estate Association)

Balder har informerats om att Balder kommer att ingå i EPRA NAREIT index från
och med 19 mars 2012. FTSE EPRA / NAREIT Global Real Estate Index ses som det
ledande riktmärket för börsnoterade fastighetsinvesteringar.

Balder is included in the EPRA index (European Public Real Estate Association)
Balder has been informed that Balder will be included in EPRA NAREIT index from
19 March 2012. The FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index is seen as the
leading benchmark for listed real estate investments.
