Nykredit Realkredit A/S will issue a new bond in pursuance of section 33 e of the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act (junior covered bonds). The new bond is DKK-denominated floating-rate non-callable maturing on 1 April 2015.
Nykredit will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S. The bonds will be registered at VP SECURITIES A/S.
Final terms and conditions will be published in a separate stock exchange announcement Wednesday 14 March 2012.
