Dubeni, 2012-03-12 14:32 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of JSC „Grobina” informs, that the ordinary JSC „Grobina” shareholders meeting, announced on 12th of March, 2012 at Lapsu street 3, Dubeni, Grobinas pagasts, Grobinas novads, at 2.00 pm, was not taking place. As there were persons with 206 366 shares which is less than a half of the JSC „ Grobina” fixed capital. According to the JSC „Grobina” regulations (statute) and the Commercial Law`s 212. Chapter (1th) part; shareholders meeting is competent in decision-making if at least one half of the fixed capital is represented.
The repeated meeting will be announced according to the procedure prescribed by law.
