Arise Windpower successfully issues a SEK 350 million three year bond
On March 12, 2012, Arise Windpower announced that the company had decided to
explore the terms for issuing a corporate bond. The interest to invest in a
corporate bond issued by Arise Windpower has been very strong. The company has
therefore resolved to issue a corporate bond.
The bond in brief
The senior unsecured bond will be issued on the Swedish market. The bond has a
volume of SEK 350 million with final maturity in 2015. The bond has a floating
interest rate of STIBOR (3 months) + 5.00 percentage points. The bond will be
listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
