Notice of Investor AB’s Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2012

In accordance with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers, Investor AB
hereby announces, by issuing a press release, the content of the notice
concerning Investor’s Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2012, and the complete
proposals from the Board of Directors on guidelines for salary and other
remuneration for the President and other members of the Management and on a
long-term variable remuneration program for Management and other employees.

The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be available on Investor’s website
from March 14. The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be published in the
Official Swedish Gazette (Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) and an announcement with
information that the notice has been issued will be published in Dagens Nyheter
and in Svenska Dagbladet on March 16.
