SRV Group Plc's Board of Directors held its organisational meeting on 14 March 2012. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo was elected as vice chairman of the Board.
Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo was elected as chairman and Timo Kokkila and Minna Alitalo as members of the Audit Committee.
