Following exercise of share warrants issued in 2009 (ref. our release No. 4 of 16 March 2012), the share capital of NKT Holding is increased by a total nominal amount of 3,008,000 DKK, whereafter the total nominal share capital is 477,767,580 DKK.
The increase in share capital is registered in the enclosed Articles of Association dated 16 March 2012, Article 3.
