Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has repurchased an additional 176,500 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) during the period 12 March - 16 March 2012 at an average price of SEK 30.54. This represents 0.17% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The repurchased SDRs will now be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 95,404,657.
