With reference to the Danish Executive Order No. 224 of 10 March 2010, we hereby announce that the Supervisory Board of Jyske Bank has received unqualified proxies to be used at Jyske Bank’s Annual General Meeting on 20 March 2012, representing 6.54% of the voting shares or 4,564,278 shares.
The proxies will expire after the Annual General Meeting.
