LightLab Sweden AB strengthens its organisation in Sweden and Taiwan

LightLab Sweden AB, which is developing a new, energy-efficient lighting
technology without mercury or other substances hazardous to the environment, has
carried out a number of measures that are designed to strengthen and focus the
organisation during the industrialisation phase.

Joakim Natt och Dag has joined the company in a consultancy capacity, located in
Taipei. Joakim has extensive experience of purchasing and strategic supplier
evaluation. For several years, Joakim has been responsible for strategic
purchase of material and components and strategic supplier selection at Sony
Ericsson.

Most recently Joakim has been stationed in Taipei, responsible for HTC's
purchase function. Joakim is now established as an independent consultant to
LightLab for a six month period, located in Taipei. Joakim will be responsible
for supplier selection, materials purchasing and component supply for the
company's reference platform.

With effect from the first of April, LightLab is moving its evaluation lab from
Chalmers in Gothenburg to Linköping. This is being done in order to increase and
intensify the company's activities together with the company's technical partner
in Mjärdevi Science Park. In connection with these organisational changes,
Qiu-Hong Hu is leaving the company on 31 March. Responsibility for research and
development will come under Jonas Tirén, who is currently responsible for the
development work.

Tor Ygdevik is also joining the company, with responsibility for overall project
management in the development organisation.

Tor has previously been Managing Director and development manager of the Swedish
subsidiary of Zarlink Semiconductors of Canada. Tor has widespread experience
from management positions in development, marketing, project management and
production. He was responsible for production at one of Ericsson's semiconductor
factories at Kista for several years. Tor has 25 years' experience of the
electronics industry and more than 15 years' international experience in
microelectronics.

"At LightLab, we are into an intensive chain of industrialisation. It is both
necessary and pleasing to be able to link internationally experienced managers
with the company," says Jan-Erik Lennefalk, CEO of LightLab.
