As from 27 March 2012, G & L Beijer’s Annual report for 2011, Swedish and
English version, will be available as a downloadable PDF file on the company’s
website, www.beijers.com.

The printed version will be mailed to the shareholders not later than two weeks
before the Annual Meeting of G & L Beijer’s shareholders, which will be held in
Malmö on Thursday 26 April 2012.
