On March 29, 2012, Mr Klaus Röhrig, Austria has informed us according to
sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the
threshold of 3% and 5% on March 28, 2012 and on that day amounted to 9.03%
(this corresponds to 1,460,000 voting rights out of a total of 16,160,000
voting rights).

All of these voting rights are to be attributed to Mr Klaus Röhrig pursuant
to sec. 22, para 1, No. 1 of the WpHG from 3R Investments Ltd., Limassol,
Cyprus.
