COREALCREDIT BANK AG increases its profitability

Frankfurt/Main, 30 March 2012

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of COREALCREDIT BANK AG
conclusively approved the financial statements for 2011. According to the
financial statements, the Bank recorded a year-end result after tax of EUR
4.5m (previous year EUR 3.0m).

The net profit for 2011 and the loss brought forward from 2010, along with
the replenishment of profit participation rights (EUR 4.5m), resulted in a
unchanged balance sheet loss of EUR 769.5m.
