At a meeting held on 29.03.2012, the supervisory board of UAB Merko Statyba, a 100% subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus, decided to approve changes in the management structure of the company, pursuant to which the former Director General Gediminas Tursa was appointed the chairman of the supervisory board. Andres Trink, Jaan Mäe and Tõnu Toomik will continue as members of the supervisory board of the company. Saulius Putrimas, the company’s former manager of finances, was appointed the new Director General. These changes were made as part of the group’s efficiency plan and due to a need to harmonise the management model of the company with its strategic goals in the Lithuanian market.
