Cayman Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG in a correction of a notification of voting rights dated March 13,
2012 that via shares its Voting Rights on Phoenix Solar Aktiengesellschaft,
Sulzemoos, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on March 07, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.97% (this
corresponds to 218781 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.97% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 218781 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Citadel Global Equities Fund Sarl and GEFS
Holdings Sarl.
