A native of Israel, hailing from a small town near Tel Aviv, Alon Hershkowitz began his culinary journey at Tadmor, a prestigious culinary school at the age of fifteen and landed his first job at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv. In 2011, Hershkowitz joined the team at Eden Roc Renaissance as Executive Chef to oversee the hotel's first kosher kitchen. Hershkowitz introduced a variety of kosher recipes at the Miami Beach resort and helped develop a brand new wedding and banquet menu.

From the chilled Hors d'Oeuvres to the Shawarma King Sandwich options, Hershkowitz has designed a menu that truly caters to the Jewish tradition and offers a wide array of delectable plates. For starters guests can enjoy passed appetizers consisting of Smoked Duck in Phyllo with Peaches and Mint; as well as Seared Sea Bass on Kosher Salt Potato Chips, and Mini Salmon en Croute with Fresh Spinach.

Hershkowitz's inspired menu of dinner entrees contains a wealth of options sure to appease the appetite of any guest. Main plates include: Orange and Parsley Roasted Chicken on Warm Potato Salad with Peppers and Asparagus; Blackened Grouper on Cilantro-Lemon Rice with Citrus - Mango Salsa; and Braised Brisket on Fresh Horseradish Roasted Vegetables, Potato Roesti, and Bordelaise Sauce.
