Bremen, April 10, 2012 - MeVis Medical Solutions AG [ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4], a
specialist in disease-oriented software solutions for image-based medicine,
announces a change to the Executive Board.
Thomas Tynes, who since September 2007 has served MeVis Medical Solutions
AG as a member of the Executive Board and US-based MeVis Medical Solutions,
Inc. as president, has decided to resign his positions with the company,
effective immediately. As of today, Marcus Kirchhoff, CEO since March 1,
2012, will take over Mr. Tynes' responsibilities for marketing and sales
based on his comprehensive business experience in this area.
The Supervisory Board would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank
Mr. Tynes for his work and wishes him all the best for the future.
