the Voting Rights on April 04, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.94% (this
corresponds to 2628544 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.94% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 2628544 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Fidelity
Funds SICAV.

On April 04, 2012, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, UK has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04, 2012 and on that day amounted
to 4.94% (this corresponds to 2628544 Voting Rights). According to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.94% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 2628544 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the
