April 17, 2012 is the record date for AS „Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija” („Siguldas CMAS”) annual shareholders' meeting held on April 25, 2012. In the end of this working day the shareholders of the company and the amount of shares owned by them will be fixed for participation in the shareholders' meeting.
Proceeding from the above, April 12, 2012 is the last day when shares of AS „Siguldas CMAS” bought with automatch will give rights to participate in this particular shareholders meeting.
