As a consequence of NKT Holding A/S’ sale of NKT Flexibles I/S, see announcement No. 9 of 4 April 2012, Gunnar Karsten Jørgensen, fitter of NKT Flexibles I/S, has resigned as board member (elected by the employees) of NKT Holding A/S’ Board of Directors.
In his place Niels-Henrik Dreesen, Production Engineering Manager of NKT Cables A/S, Asnæs will join as new member of the board. He was elected as alternate board member at the most recent ordinary election of employee representatives and alternate members of the Board of Directors of NKT Holding A/S which was held on18 March 2010.
Also as a consequence of the sale of NKT Flexibles I/S Ejner Brühl Andersen, HR Supervisor, NKT Flexibles I/S, Kalundborg, has resigned as alternate member of the Board of Directors of NKT Holding A/S.
Employee representatives and alternate members of the Board of Directors are elected for a four-year period.
