according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 12, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 22.80% (this corresponds to 17554000 Voting Rights).
