On April 16, 2012, Knoesel & Ronge Vermögensverw. GmbH & Co.KG, Würzburg,
Deutschland has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on MME MOVIEMENT AG, Berlin, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 13, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 4.23% (473815 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights, 4.23% (473815 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG.

The Annual General Meeting takes place on 18 April 2012. After the Annual
General Meeting the overall Voting Rights amount to 0% (0 Voting Rights).
