Proceedings at the annual general meeting of Netop Solutions A/S held on 17 April 2012
Earlier today, Netop Solutions A/S held its annual general meeting. The Chairman's and the CEO's reports and briefing on the performance and development of the group were duly noted, and the Annual Report 2011 was approved.
The proposal that the result for the year be carried forward was approved.
The four shareholder-elected board members, Ib Kunøe, Jan Elbæk, Henning Hansen and Torben Frigaard Rasmussen were up for election and all were re-elected.
Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab was re-appointed as the company's auditors.
Following the annual general meeting, the Board of Directors elected Ib Kunøe as its chairman.
