Turbon AG - Annual and Consolidated Financial Statements 2011 / Proposal
for dividend

At the Supervisory Board Meeting held on April 19, 2012 the annual
financial statements of Turbon AG as well as the consolidated financial
statements of the Turbon Group for the fiscal year 2011 were approved. The
annual financial statements are thus adopted. The Executive Board and
Supervisory Board of Turbon AG will propose a dividend of Euro 0.60 per
share to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders taking place on June 21, 2012.
In the previous year the Annual Meeting of Shareholders approved a dividend
payment of Euro 1.00 which was composed of an earnings related dividend of
Euro 0.50 per share and a special dividend of also Euro 0.50 per share.
This dividend proposal for the fiscal year 2011 constitutes therefore an
increase of 20 percent compared to the earnings related dividend portion of
the previous year. With this proposal, the Executive Board and Supervisory
Board pursue the goals of an adequate participation of the shareholders on
the Group results and, at the same time, maintain the independence from
outside financing to a large extent. This especially in respect of the
repayment of the bond bearer of Euro 10 million due in 2013.
