Aschheim (Munich), April 26, 2012; During the first quarter of fiscal year
2012 Wirecard recorded revenues of EUR 83.1 million according to
preliminary figures. Compared to the first quarter of the previous year,
revenues are thus up by 18.9 percent.
EBITDA lifted by 36.7 percent from EUR 16.9 million in Q1 2011 to EUR 23.1
million in 2012.
Wirecard AG's Management Board is forecasting EBITDA between EUR 103 and
EUR 115 million for fiscal year 2012, taking general economic risks into
account.
The full report for the first quarter of 2012 will be published on May 15,
2012.
