Espoo, Finland – Telecom IT solutions provider Tecnotree Corporation has been invited to present at the IQPC Maximising Customer Loyalty & Profitability Conference in Berlin on 22 May 2012.
Amol Kulkarni, Head of Customer Product Line, Product Management, will give a presentation on how to increase loyalty across the customer lifecycle. He claims that it is no longer sufficient to simply accumulate loyalty points from purchases but loyalty programmes need to tap into customers' digital body language and engage them across various touch points. Amol's presentation will cover the tacit connection between the customer engagement lifecycle and customer loyalty programmes. It will also examine the DNA of a successful loyalty programme and determine what loyalty programmes will look like in the future. Tecnotree will also have a booth in the exhibition area.
Tecnotree is also participating in North AfricaCom 2012, which will be held between 15-16 May in Tunis, Tunisia.
