While many companies value gender diversity in leadership, they often fall short of focused improvement for the advancement of women to senior executive positions. During this session, Rania Stewart, senior product manager for Peoplefluent, will share simple action plans organizations can use to address the gender gap and change the corporate culture to recognize the value of a diverse leadership team.
