Balder acquires property in central Stockholm


Balder has on May 3, acquired the office property Granen 21, Östermalm in
Stockholm. The acquisition is made in company form.The property is located in
the most attractive area in central Stockholm. The seller is Länsförsäkringar
Liv.
The lettable area is 4,300 square meters. The property has a value of SEK
215 million and the transfer will take place in May.
The investment is in line
with Balder's strategy to expand the commercial portfolio in attractive
locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Öresund region.
